-- This. Fucking. Election. Even I'm sick of it at this point. (Doesn't mean I won't be helping gotv this weekend, though.) *speeds time until it's Tuesday* It'll be my birthday, and it's really kind of sad that I'll be spending much of the evening watching CNN. But I'll have work the next day, so what the hell.

-- HAPPY HALLOWEEN, EVERYONE!

-- I has Photoshop CS3 now. I've used a combination of Photoshop Elements and GIMP up till now, and you know what? CS3 is too bloody complicated by comparison. I'll just be using what I already had until I have time to figure that mess out.

-- Work's been nuts. We're renovating, and everything has to be out of the lab by five pm today so it can start on Monday. There is so. Much. Crap. EVERYWHERE.

-- I've not had much time for writing. My [livejournal.com profile] livelongnmarry fic is due, um, soon. So there's that, and then there's [livejournal.com profile] smutty_claus. Yeah, haven't started either. :/ I'm going to need to block off some time soon.

-- [livejournal.com profile] featherxquill's post reminded me about NaBloPoMo, which seems a hell of a lot more doable for me than NaNoWriMo. Heh. I just have to be sure to post here once a day, outside of Twitter imports of course.

-- I don't know; that's it I guess. I hope you all are doing well and having a good day. ♥

(And by that, of course, I mean, Here's a halloween ficlet for your consumption.)

Happy Halloween, ya'll!

(Yeah, don't mind the subject line. I just had to put up a little Silence of the Lambs blurt on account of the holiday. ^_^)

I posted this up at the PK forums under [personal profile] castledown's Halloween Fluffathon. I volunteered to do one set in the Common Room.

Yeah, so this…isn’t exactly fluffy, save for the end, even though the title may indicate otherwise. Guess it’s the day, or maybe I’m in a mood. But the humor/fluff pieces I started just were terrible (because I’m just not good at them, lol), so I started over this morning. Hope you like it. I can assure you it's at least better than what I nearly subjected you to.
