*waves* I suck at updating this thing on a regular basis. -headdesk- Couple things.

** I have been RPing my ass off the last little while. :P Seriously, road_ahead is so much fun! When I'm not writing in it, I'm reading the awesome stuff everyone else is posting. :D I've never played anywhere where I was reading every post. Oh, and I recently lost my mind and picked up Seamus Finnigan as well, who opened up a bit ago. *huggles Jen* So. :P

** I need to watch less TV. Not that I will, because of my guilty pleasures -- American Idol, Top Chef, Make me a Supermodel, not to mention all the series that are back or coming back to finish out the season after the strike. I've also been catching up on The Tudors, which I've never been into before now but which is starting its second season on the 30th. It's actually pretty good, and J-Rhys Meyers haughty looks don't bother me as much in this role. He's actually kinda hot. :P Oh, and Skins. *nods* Yeah, I'm not likely to watch any less TV. >_>

** Speaking of strike, meh to all this recent LJ drama. I don't feel particularly strongly about the issue either way (not that I have any specific plans to post with this journal tomorrow anyway, just sayin'). I dunno, I'm just tired of drama; tired of reading about it.

** How's everyone on my f-list doing? *hugs* And hi to new friends. :D

The drama is the most overrated thing ever. Makes me laugh, really.

I've been sucked into the pit of TVwatchingness, which I used to never do. As in, I watched two shows, max. Now, I watch Lost, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, Samantha Who, Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, MisGuided (most likely, I know a guy who knows the writer), Dancing with the Stars, American Idol (most ashamed of that, heh), Flip That House, What Not to Wear, all manner of TLC shows.... yeah, I got it bad. That doesn't even cover TV on DVD I actually WANT to watch, like Supernatural, Boston Legal, etc.

Yesterday sucked, but today I get off work early so yays!

I've soooo been sucked into watching tv, though less so since the writers' strike. However, I've bought stuff on DVD, so my currently-watching list includes:

Dead Like Me (Season 2) - Jen, you would LOVE Dead Like Me. It's snarky, but sweet sometimes and very intelligent. Go buy it at Target for like $20 a season (there's only two). You won't regret it.

Veronica Mars (Season 3)

I also should make a point to get SPN from Angelus at some point, too :P


I keep hearing How I Met Your Mother is really good... I might have to check that out at some point. Same with Big Bang Theory.

Heh, I'll download and watch it on my compy first. I rarely buy DVDs without having watched them at least once. Often the same with books, cause I'm a library whore :)

VM season 3... it was disappointing to me because seasons 1 and 2 were so freakin awesome. I want to find them for cheap soon :)

HIMYM is sooooo funny. I didn't think I'd like Neil Patrick Harris, but he's awesome. Everyone on the show is awesome. LOVE it. And Big Bang Theory.....I want one of those nerds. Can I have Sheldon? PLEASE?

Maybe I'm alone in this, but I have always thought JRM is sooooo pretty. All he has to do is stand there with those smoldering eyes and those pouty lips, and I'm as happy as a lark. And if he's got his shirt off, I'm ecstatic! LOL!

I only watched some of AI last season because I thought the whole thing got very boring after awhile, but I'm enjoying this season so far. They have some really unique talent this time around. That first Beatles night, the contestants had some really great performances. This week was a little more...meh. At least for me.

He IS pretty, very much so. :D But I tend to go for more overtly masculine guys, either in face or body. However, JRM as Henry VIII totally fits, and it makes me appreciate his looks more. (And he doesn't look bad shirtless.) Hee.
