Right so, Yahoo is shutting down Del.icio.us.

If you're like me you probably have a shitton of important links (read: FANFIC) saved that you don't want to lose.

I've just got an account at Diigo.com, an alternate bookmarking site that says you can import your delicious links directly to it. I just tried it and it told me that I'll get an email alert when it's finished importing everything (depending on how many links you have and how many others are doing it at the same time it can take a while). I don't know if tags will import completely but we'll see.

Here's a whole list of other things to try in case that doesn't work.

In other news, I'm home early from work due to snow.
In OTHER news, my Yuletide fic still has yet to exist. WHEE.

For a while I saved fic links on Delicious, but I kind of gave up keeping that updated. Still, good to know about, and I should check and see if there's anything I need to salvage.

HIGH FIVE ON THE YULETIDE FIC. /o\ I literally got bunnied yesterday, when I was just about to default- which of course means that I will actually drive myself nuts writing the story, so I might as well do it by deadline. Sigh.

I was not impressed that Diigo automatically marked all my bookmarks tagged "porn" as private and didn't give me a way to bulk edit them as public.
