So, I posted an offer for fanfic to livelongnmarry. It's a fandom fundraiser for equality in same-sex marriage, specifically to stop the effort in California to ban it.

My offer is here, so feel free to have a peek if you'd like to bid on a fanfic by me. I'm nervous as hell, but I couldn't not do it, so. :P There are lots of other offers in many different fandoms to check out, as well -- even original fic. :D

Er... I kinda want to do that, but I'm afraid no one will bid on anything of mine. I could offer iconage or an lj header and FO banner or fanfic, but I'm not sure what to offer. Suggestions?

Oh, anything you feel like you could do! :D I've been checking back often and seeing a lot of creative ideas. There are all manner of offerings, from fanfic/art to icons and graphics to baked goods and crafts, to actual services. I even saw an offer for someone to send 20 random letters full of nice words and encouragement to the bidder. :P
