I saw Dr Who.
I'M SOLD. On... everything?
ON EVERYTHINNNG. ELEVEN IS SO CHARMING I CAN'T EVEN. So many great lines, delivered so well, and so young but so old inside and... still young inside, and perfect. He's wonderful.
AMY. I'll be honest, Amy and picspams of her on Tumblr are the only reason I wanted to see this season at all - as truly awesome as Donna sounded I haven't really watched Who since Martha because it's one of those shows that bugs me on many levels but that I watch if a character grabs me really hard. Like she did. Anyway, Amy didn't disappoint in the slightest. I'm so looking forward to more of her, and she is so sharp-tongued and tough and a little bit weird and a bit fragile too, and GORGEOUS, did I mention gorgeous.
I don't have much to say about the plot because my reactions are pretty much "fweeee these new characters they are lovely" at this point and it was all charmingly campy anyway. But yeah, I liked it. ADORED mini!Amy and her sharpness and imagination and her drawings and she broke my heart in about three places.
I already want to read stories, and I imagine tumblr will be overrun with spam.
Also really liked the score, and the trailer was amazing. THAT WAS BILL NIGHY, y/y?
