So you get federal holidays?? *iz jellus* My state government doesn't get some of the federal holidays (like Columbus Day and Veterans Day). But we do get 3 personal holidays that we can use any time we want, and we get a certain amount of "Saturday holiday" time, which basically accounts for national holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Fourth of July and a few others. PLUS we get more annual leave the longer we've been here.
