I prayed and begged (and concerned trolled!) he would fight, but I thought he just wouldn't.
BUT HE DID.
He fucking owned McCain tonight, he beat him over and over and over until there was nothing left and the McCain camp was so shocked their lame press release was a joke.
Now THAT is what I'm talking about, damnit! WE MUST WIN THIS YEAR.
I am beyond proud of Barack right now. Beyond. I don't even have words. I just.... ♥ Barack.
Hahaha, the McCain camp was so obviously gutted. I watch that and I can't help but believe that we might actually do this. I'm so proud to be a democrat right now, and it sounds hokey, but I feel privileged to've watched that.
Slightly o/t -- Obama's and Joe's familes are both gorgeous. They all look breathtaking together on stage.
This convention has actually tempted me to register Democrat. (I'm an Independent) So I can totally understand what you mean when you say you're proud to be a Dem.

You also have a fantastic HP icon collection - for some reason those are hard to find. I have near hundreds for all of my other fandoms....and about 20 for Harry :P Much ganking (with full crediting!)!

Like you, I'm careful to put "tell me if it's yours!" in my icon keywords - someone will show up eventually I figure :)
