It makes me like Merlin less and less, though. I just remember how his (traditional Merlin, that is) his wrong decisions are why everything is such a tragedy.
Morgana is so naive in a way. I don't think that she imagined warning Alvarr and Mordred would lead to slaughter, I think she maybe hoped they would get away. But you could see at the end she was really not caring what happened to those who supported Uther.
I did love that it freaked Merlin out and that he was afraid of her and for her.
