Heh. Well okay, then.
So, clearly we're still waiting for a bit of followthrough on this, BUT. Go Fandom!!!
It looks like after 2 days of banding together after SixApart's massive fuck-up, the CEO's actually stepped up and admitted to said fuck-up. Clearly and with no excuses made. Heh.
I just wanted to say that I've not been in fandom very long compared to a lot of people, and I support one of the more divisive HP ships? But I have to say, I'm so proud to be a part of a fandom that could stand together at a time like this and be heard. Some of the letters and commentaries I've read over the past few days have shown just so much coolheadedness, logic, and intelligence from this community, HP especially. And that we could set aside differences to come together on this is just very cool. *applauds*
Here's hoping LJ gets us some results now. *thinks positively*

And I'm pretty proud of fandom too. That was... just plain awesome.

Yes, I was very surprised that they actually admitted, apologised, AND made no excuses. And now they're restoring the fandom journals. :D And yes, it was so nice to see us coming together like that.
